Vespa World Days 2012 - be part of it!

Advertising rates:
Full page - £300 + VAT
Half page - £175 + VAT
Quarter page - £125 + VAT

We can offer you a great audience for your products or services.  Our scooterists are drawn to our event from all around the UK and all over Europe, they are of different ages and different walks of life. And they have one thing in common (apart from a passion for Vespas, of course).  They will read the commemorative programme, take it home and show it to their families, friends and colleagues.  Your advert will reach many thousands of people.

If you would like to advertise in the A5 full cololur commemorative programme, send your jpg to  Advertise@VespaWorldDays2012.com and include any reference to be stated on the invoice.

 
There are several other ways for your company to get involved in Vespa World Days 2012.  We have four pre defined sponsor packages, listed below. If you would like to sponsor a different amount or provision of services or goods which are included in the budget we would be happy to discuss what is available in return.

In return for £500 we will provide

  • A website advert
  • Your company name and logo in Vespa News, our bi-monthly club magazine between the sponsorship and December 2012

In return for £1000 we will provide
  • A website advert
  • Your company name and logo in Vespa News, our bi-monthly club magazine between the sponsorship and December 2012
  • Your company logo in the event programme
  • Daytime entry and hospitality for you and a guest
  • Entry to the VIP hospitality area sponsored and hosted by Lexham Insurance

In return for £2000 we will provide
  • A website advert
  • Your company name and logo in Vespa News, our bi-monthly club magazine between the sponsorship and December 2012
  • Your company logo in the event programme
  • Entry to the entire event and hospitality for you and a guest, including the Gala Dinner
  • Entry to the VIP hospitality area sponsored and hosted by Lexham Insurance
  • Display your advertising banner on site for the duration of the event for 2000+ scooterists to see
  • Your company will be promoted as part of the Vespa World Days Partner Network
 
In return for £5000 we will provide
  • A website advert
  • Your company name and logo in Vespa News, our bi-monthly club magazine between the sponsorship and December 2012
  • Your company logo in the event programme
  • Entry to the entire event and hospitality for you and a guest, including the Gala Dinner
  • Entry to the VIP hospitality area sponsored and hosted by Lexham Insurance
  • Display your advertising banner on site for the duration of the event for 2000+ scooterists to see
  • Your company will be promoted as part of the Vespa World Days Partner Network
  • A promotional leaflet, supplied by you, will be included in the welcome pack
  • Free stand at the event
